SurveyRanker exists to answer one question honestly: which survey sites, rewards apps, and cashback platforms actually pay — and which ones waste your time. We built this site because we were tired of reading reviews written by people who never cashed out from the platforms they were recommending.

Our Mission

Every ranking, review, and recommendation on SurveyRanker is based on firsthand testing. Our editorial team personally signs up for every platform, completes surveys, cashes out (or fails to cash out), and reports back honestly. If a panel screens us out 80% of the time, we say so. If it pays in 24 hours, we say so. If it’s a scam, we say so in the headline.

SurveyRanker is produced by an independent editorial team that tests every platform hands-on before ranking it. Our core commitment is simple: we don’t publish a review until we’ve run the platform ourselves for at least 90 days.

  • Hands-on testing — every review is backed by a real account and real cashout attempts
  • Minimum 90 days per platform — we document survey frequency, screen-out rates, and payout speed over a full quarter
  • Zero sponsored rankings — platforms cannot pay to be recommended or re-ranked
  • Public corrections — when we update a review based on reader feedback, we log the change date and reason

We cover panels across the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. If a platform is region-locked, our review clearly states which geos it serves.

Our Testing Methodology

Every panel on SurveyRanker goes through the same 5-stage testing process:

  1. Stage 1: Signup Audit — We measure how long signup takes, what data is collected, whether the onboarding flow uses dark patterns, and what the initial incentives are.
  2. Stage 2: Profile Completion — We fill out every profile field to measure the maximum earning potential for a fully optimized account.
  3. Stage 3: 30-Day Active Testing — We use each platform daily for 30 days, tracking every survey, screen-out, cashback event, and points earned.
  4. Stage 4: Cashout Test — We redeem at minimum threshold and measure payout speed, reliability, and any friction.
  5. Stage 5: 60-Day Follow-up — We continue monitoring for 60 more days to catch any post-cashout issues, points expiration, or account suspension.

Our Independence

SurveyRanker generates revenue through affiliate commissions when readers sign up for platforms we recommend. This is standard in the review industry, but we operate with strict guardrails:

  • Rankings are never sorted by commission payout
  • Platforms we don’t trust are explicitly warned against, even if they offer commissions
  • Every review contains a disclosure when an affiliate link is used
  • We maintain a public list of platforms we’ve removed from recommendations and why

Our commitment: if a reader cashes out successfully from a panel we recommended, we’ve done our job. If they don’t, we want to hear about it and update our reviews accordingly.
